MAMA (Many Artist Mothers Alive) Residency is hosted at Queens Collective, a community art space in Marrakech. Queens has hosted multiple different residencies designed with feminism and social work at the core. This is a residency for artist mothers and primary caregivers to join together in the city of Marrakech to foster creativity for both participants and their children. With a focus on nurture, self-direction, low output, and conversation, this ten-day residency aims to free creative practitioners and their children so they have SPACE for personal practice and interior life.
